The framing of our house is now completed. It did not take long at all for the house to take shape. Its amazing that in a matter of days you go from dirt to a framed home and your dream is now a reality not just a thought. The lumber was delivered and the fun began.
The first step was to put down the floor joists on the foundation border. Plywood goes down over the floor joists to give you a floor to walk one. Just like that the base of our home is done the walls can go up!
Seeing the walls go up is pretty exciting! These men worked so fast and hard, we brought them treats as much as we could. It was another way to say thank you for building our home.
The walls were almost all complete when they delivered the truses. I was so excited to be there for it. The kids and I enjoyed seeing the crane do its work.

After months of waiting for permitting to happen, just looking at the dirt we now have a framed house in 3 weeks , its kinda crazy.
Interior walls were all framed out, the roof was installed did our electrical walk through . I got to pick where all the wall outlets to go. Plumbing went in next as you can see in the pictures as well as the hvac.
