I love seeing other people’s homes and how they decorate them via things like Pinterest, Instagram, going to a parade of homes event, etc. It’s a great way to brainstorm for new ideas/maybe see how a particular item looks in someone’s home instead of just in a catalog or in a store. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has gotten sticker shock after finding out the prices for some of the items! I remember one time I saw a gorgeous table and when I looked it up it cost as much as all the furniture in my entire house! The good news, however, is that sometimes you can achieve that same look for waaaay cheaper either by doing simply DIY projects or finding a similar item elsewhere. In this post I am sharing some very popular high end designer home décor pieces but on a budget. You don’t have to sacrifice style to save money. I will have all items linked so you can pick them up for your home, too.
High End DIY Home Decor Dupes
I love high end accessories but not the price so that is where DIY comes in. I love creating things; especially when I create something similar to a high end item for a fraction of the cost. Once you see how easy some of these DIYs are, you will be thinking how you can create that next high end décor piece you see. I’m sharing an expensive Wayfair DIY dupe with you just using wood trim and spray paint.
The next two DIYs are Pottery Barn dupes and super easy. I used Dollar Tree supplies for one and a Hobby Lobby vase for the other.
You can watch how to make the DIYs here in my recent YouTube video and also see even more High End Home Décor dupes.
If you missed my last home décor favorites video, watch it below! I share even more items I used to decorate my home on a budget!
Thanks for being here and I hope this post and links help you decorate your home on a budget! God Bless.
