Cranberry Pear Pie
I love sweet and tart desserts because during the holidays the tartness seems to help cut all the rich foods we have devoured! This recipe is incredibly easy and I know you’ll love it; to so lets get to it!
Make enough of your favorite pie crust for the bottom and the top of the pie. I chose to use cookie cutters to make the top of the cranberry pear pie festive for the holidays. When I make any recipe, I like it to be as close as possible to a one bowl/one pot recipes. As you can see, this recipe is very close to that. Once you have your crust made, peel and dice your Bartlett pears, add your frozen cranberries and all the remaining ingredients, toss together, put in the oven for about 40min, remove the pie from the oven once the crust is golden brown, and once cool enjoy this sweet-tart pie!
Mini Pumpkin Pies
I love pumpkin pie but I wanted to make individuals ones because I love more pie crust! I took the basic pumpkin pie recipe, reduced the cook time, used large cupcake tins and added some whipped cream on top to enjoy this mini pumpkin pie for days to come in individual serving sizes!
Square Chocolate Espresso Cookies
I love almost anything chocolate but when you add something like espresso it can really elevate the chocolate treat. My mom has been making these cookies for so many years and I had to share them with you because they are divinely rich and addicting!
